Return Policy
At Pigment & Co, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchases. If for any reason you're not satisfied with the product you received, you have 14 days to exercise your right of return, in accordance with applicable legislation.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Return by Cancellation)
Under Portuguese Decree-Law no. 24/2014, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason, within 14 consecutive days from the date of delivery.
To exercise this right, please:
- Notify us in writing at hello@pigmentco.com
- Include your order number and the products you wish to return
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
- Send the products to the indicated address, in perfect condition
2. Return Conditions
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
- Returns should be shipped securely, preferably with tracking
- We do not accept returns of customised or mixed-to-order products, except in cases of defect
- Used or damaged products will not be accepted
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receiving and verifying the returned products
- We will use the same payment method as the original purchase, unless instructed otherwise
- Initial shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is for the entire order
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or defective products
4. Defective Product or Order Error
If you received a damaged item or a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
In such cases, we will cover all return and replacement costs.
