2. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing and using this website, the user declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using the site.

3. Product and Price Information

The prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force.
Despite constant efforts to update information, typographical errors or occasional variations in price or stock may occur.
Product images are merely illustrative. Colors may vary depending on the screen and lighting.

4. Purchase Process

Product purchases are made through the shopping cart and the respective checkout process.
The user must provide correct and complete information, assuming responsibility for the data provided.
After completing the order, the customer will receive an automatic email confirming the purchase.

5. Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • MBWay
  • Multibanco
  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay
  • PayPal
  • Stripe

All payments are securely processed through certified platforms.

6. Shipping and Deliveries

Orders are processed and shipped within an estimated period of 24 to 72 business hours after payment confirmation, except in cases of stock shortages or duly communicated exceptional circumstances.

Shipments are made via carriers such as CTT or DPD, with home delivery to the address provided by the customer.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and product availability, usually as follows:

  • Mainland Portugal: 1 to 3 business days
  • Islands (Azores and Madeira): 3 to 7 business days
  • Spain (Mainland): 2 to 5 business days
  • Other destinations: upon request

The shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout, based on the weight and destination of the order. Promotional campaigns may offer free shipping above a certain purchase amount.

Pigment & Co is not responsible for delays attributable to carriers but undertakes to follow up and resolve any irregular situations reported by the customer.

Once the order has been shipped, an email confirmation will be sent and, when applicable, a tracking code will be provided.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Under legal terms, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the order.

To exercise this right, the customer must:

  • Notify us by email (hello@pigmentco.com) within the legal period
  • Return the products in perfect condition, without signs of use
  • Bear the direct costs of return, unless the error is attributable to the store

Customized or opened products are not eligible for return, except in cases of defect.

8. Warranties

All products sold benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years for consumers), in accordance with Decree-Law No. 84/2021.

In case of defect or non-conformity, the customer should contact us with a description and, if possible, photos of the issue.

9. Liability

Pigment & Co is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse of purchased products, nor for website interruptions or failures beyond its control.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, images, logos, design) is the property of Proposta de Charme Lda or duly identified third parties. Reproduction, in whole or in part, requires prior authorization.

11. Amendments to the Terms

Proposta de Charme Lda reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the website and will apply from the date of publication.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.
In case of dispute, the competent jurisdiction shall be the Court of the Comarca of Cascais, unless otherwise provided by law.
